को अ॒द्य यु॑ङ्क्ते धु॒रि गा ऋ॒तस्य॒ शिमी॑वतो भा॒मिनो॑ दुर्हृणा॒यून् । आ॒सन्नि॑षून्हृ॒त्स्वसो॑ मयो॒भून्य ए॑षां भृ॒त्यामृ॒णध॒त्स जी॑वात् ॥ को अद्य युङ्क्ते धुरि गा ऋतस्य शिमीवतो भामिनो दुर्हृणायून् । आसन्निषून्हृत्स्वसो मयोभून्य एषां भृत्यामृणधत्स जीवात् ॥
Who yokes todya to the pole of the car (of Indra) his vigorous and radiant steeds, whose fury is unbearable, in whose mouths are arrows, who trample on the hearts (of enemies), who give happiness (to friends). (The sacrificer) who praises their (performance of their) duties obtains (long) life.

क ई॑षते तु॒ज्यते॒ को बि॑भाय॒ को मं॑सते॒ सन्त॒मिन्द्रं॒ को अन्ति॑ । कस्तो॒काय॒ क इभा॑यो॒त रा॒येऽधि॑ ब्रवत्त॒न्वे॒३॒॑ को जना॑य ॥ क ईषते तुज्यते को बिभाय को मंसते सन्तमिन्द्रं को अन्ति । कस्तोकाय क इभायोत रायेऽधि ब्रवत्तन्वे को जनाय ॥
Who goes forth, (through dread of foes, when Indra is at hand); who is harmed (by his enemies); who is terrified; who is aware that Indra is present, who that he is night? What need is there that any one should importune Indra for his son, his elephant, his property, his person n, or his people?

को अ॒ग्निमी॑ट्टे ह॒विषा॑ घृ॒तेन॑ स्रु॒चा य॑जाता ऋ॒तुभि॑र्ध्रु॒वेभि॑: । कस्मै॑ दे॒वा आ व॑हाना॒शु होम॒ को मं॑सते वी॒तिहो॑त्रः सुदे॒वः ॥ को अग्निमीट्टे हविषा घृतेन स्रुचा यजाता ऋतुभिर्ध्रुवेभिः । कस्मै देवा आ वहानाशु होम को मंसते वीतिहोत्रः सुदेवः ॥
Who praises the (sacrificial) fire, (lighted for Indra), or worships him with the oblation of clarified butter, presented in the ladle, according to the constant seasons? To whom do the gods quickly bring (the wealth) that has been called for? What sacrificer, engaged in offering oblations and favoured by the gods, thoroughly knows Indra?

त्वम॒ङ्ग प्र शं॑सिषो दे॒वः श॑विष्ठ॒ मर्त्य॑म् । न त्वद॒न्यो म॑घवन्नस्ति मर्डि॒तेन्द्र॒ ब्रवी॑मि ते॒ वच॑: ॥ त्वमङ्ग प्र शंसिषो देवः शविष्ठ मर्त्यम् । न त्वदन्यो मघवन्नस्ति मर्डितेन्द्र ब्रवीमि ते वचः ॥
Powerful, Indra, be present and be favourable to the mortal (who adores you); there is no other giver of felicity, Maghavan, than you; hence, Indra, I recite your praise.

मा ते॒ राधां॑सि॒ मा त॑ ऊ॒तयो॑ वसो॒ऽस्मान्कदा॑ च॒ना द॑भन् । विश्वा॑ च न उपमिमी॒हि मा॑नुष॒ वसू॑नि चर्ष॒णिभ्य॒ आ ॥ मा ते राधांसि मा त ऊतयो वसोऽस्मान्कदा चना दभन् । विश्वा च न उपमिमीहि मानुष वसूनि चर्षणिभ्य आ ॥
Granter of dwellings, let not your treasury, let not your benefits, ever be detrimental to us. Friend of mankind, bring to us, who are acquainted with prayers, all sorts of riches.
