स॒हस्रं॑ त इन्द्रो॒तयो॑ नः स॒हस्र॒मिषो॑ हरिवो गू॒र्तत॑माः । स॒हस्रं॒ रायो॑ माद॒यध्यै॑ सह॒स्रिण॒ उप॑ नो यन्तु॒ वाजा॑: ॥ सहस्रं त इन्द्रोतयो नः सहस्रमिषो हरिवो गूर्ततमाः । सहस्रं रायो मादयध्यै सहस्रिण उप नो यन्तु वाजाः ॥
May your thousand benefits, Indra, come to us; may a thousand kinds of abundant food come to us, lord of horses; may a thousand (sorts of wealth) come to exhilarate us; may thousands of horses be ours.
english translation
आ नोऽवो॑भिर्म॒रुतो॑ या॒न्त्वच्छा॒ ज्येष्ठे॑भिर्वा बृ॒हद्दि॑वैः सुमा॒याः । अध॒ यदे॑षां नि॒युत॑: पर॒माः स॑मु॒द्रस्य॑ चिद्ध॒नय॑न्त पा॒रे ॥ आ नोऽवोभिर्मरुतो यान्त्वच्छा ज्येष्ठेभिर्वा बृहद्दिवैः सुमायाः । अध यदेषां नियुतः परमाः समुद्रस्य चिद्धनयन्त पारे ॥
May the Maruts come to our presence with benefaction; may they who are possessed of knowledge (come) with most excellent and brilliant (treasures), since their glorious horses, the Niyutas, gather wealth even on the farther shore of the sea.

मि॒म्यक्ष॒ येषु॒ सुधि॑ता घृ॒ताची॒ हिर॑ण्यनिर्णि॒गुप॑रा॒ न ऋ॒ष्टिः । गुहा॒ चर॑न्ती॒ मनु॑षो॒ न योषा॑ स॒भाव॑ती विद॒थ्ये॑व॒ सं वाक् ॥ मिम्यक्ष येषु सुधिता घृताची हिरण्यनिर्णिगुपरा न ऋष्टिः । गुहा चरन्ती मनुषो न योषा सभावती विदथ्येव सं वाक् ॥
In whom the water-shedding, golden-coloured lighting, is fitly deposited like a chaplet (of clouds) moving in the firmament like the (splendidly-attired) wife of a man (of rank), and distinguished in assemblies like a sacrificial hymn.
english translation
परा॑ शु॒भ्रा अ॒यासो॑ य॒व्या सा॑धार॒ण्येव॑ म॒रुतो॑ मिमिक्षुः । न रो॑द॒सी अप॑ नुदन्त घो॒रा जु॒षन्त॒ वृधं॑ स॒ख्याय॑ दे॒वाः ॥ परा शुभ्रा अयासो यव्या साधारण्येव मरुतो मिमिक्षुः । न रोदसी अप नुदन्त घोरा जुषन्त वृधं सख्याय देवाः ॥
The radiant, ever-moving Maruts, have mingled with (their) associate, (lightning), like (youths) with common women; the formidable divinities do not overwhelm heaven and earth (with rain), but promote their prosperity through (friendly) regard.

जोष॒द्यदी॑मसु॒र्या॑ स॒चध्यै॒ विषि॑तस्तुका रोद॒सी नृ॒मणा॑: । आ सू॒र्येव॑ विध॒तो रथं॑ गात्त्वे॒षप्र॑तीका॒ नभ॑सो॒ नेत्या ॥ जोषद्यदीमसुर्या सचध्यै विषितस्तुका रोदसी नृमणाः । आ सूर्येव विधतो रथं गात्त्वेषप्रतीका नभसो नेत्या ॥
Rodasī, the associate of the scatterers (of the clouds), with dishevelled tresses, and mind devoted to her lords, woos them to associate (with her); radiant in form, she has ascended the car of the restless (Maruts) as Sūrya (ascended the car of the Aśvins), and comes hither (with the celerity) of the sun.
