कौसल्या च सुमित्रा च मङ्गलं केकयी तथा । चक्रुस्ता राजभवने याश्चान्या राजयोषितः ॥ 7-63-16 ॥
Kausalya and Sumitra, and Kaikeyi likewise, and the other royal women who were there, performed the auspicious rites in the royal palace.
english translation
ऋषयश्च महात्मानो यमुनातीरवासिनः । हतं लवणमाशंसुः शत्रुघ्नस्याभिषेचनात् ॥ 7-63-17 ॥
And the great-souled sages dwelling on the bank of the Yamuna foretold, by virtue of Shatrughna's consecration, that Lavana would be slain.
english translation
ततो ऽभिषिक्तं शत्रुघ्नमङ्कमारोप्य राघवः । उवाच मधुरां वाणीं तेजस्तस्याभिपूरयन् ॥ 7-63-18 ॥
Then Raghava, taking the consecrated Shatrughna upon his lap, spoke sweet words, filling him with energy:

अयं शरस्त्वमोघस्ते दिव्यः परपुरञ्जयः । अनेन लवणं सौम्य हन्ता ऽसि रघुनन्दन ॥ 7-63-19 ॥
"This arrow of yours is unfailing, divine, a conqueror of the enemy's cities; with it, gentle one, O delight of the Raghus, you shall slay Lavana."

सृष्टः शरो ऽयं काकुत्स्थ यदा शेते महार्णवे ॥ 7-63-20 ॥
"This arrow was created, O Kakutstha, in the time when the Self-existent One lay upon the great ocean,"
