एतस्मिन्नन्तरे क्रुद्धाः सर्वे सुरगणास्तदा । रावणं विमुखीकृत्य शरवर्षैरवाकिरन् ॥ 7-29-32 ॥
At that moment all the hosts of the gods, enraged, turned Ravana about and overwhelmed him with showers of arrows.
