Ramayana
ददौ खड्गं महादीप्तं चन्द्रहासमिति श्रुतम् । आयुषश्चावशेषं च स्थित्वा भूतपतिस्तदा ॥ 7-16-45 ॥
Then the Lord of beings (Shiva) gave him that greatly blazing sword renowned as Chandrahasa, and also bestowed upon him the remainder of his life span, and remained there.
