देवोपवाह्यमक्षय्यं सदादृष्टिमनःसुखम् । बह्वाश्चर्यं भक्तिचित्रं ब्रह्मणा परिनिर्मितम् ॥ 7-15-41 ॥
fit to be borne by the gods, imperishable, ever delighting the eye and the mind, full of many wonders, marvelously variegated, fashioned wholly by Brahma,
english translation
निर्मितं सर्वकामैस्तु मनोहरमनुत्तमम् । न तु शीतं न चोष्णं च सर्वर्तुसुखदं शुभम् ॥ 7-15-42 ॥
wrought out of all desirable things, heart-ravishing and unsurpassed, neither cold nor hot, auspicious and yielding comfort in every season.
english translation
स तं राजा समारुह्य कामगं वीर्यनिर्जितम् । जितं त्रिभुवनं मेने दर्पोत्सेकात्सुदुर्मतिः ॥ 7-15-43 ॥
Mounting that chariot which went at will and had been won by his valor, the king, of exceedingly evil mind, in the swelling of his pride deemed the three worlds already conquered.
english translation
जित्वा वैश्रवणं देवं कैलासात्समवातरत् ॥ 7-15-44 ॥
Having conquered the god Vaishravana, he descended from Mount Kailasa.
english translation
स्वतेजसा विपुलमवाप्य तं जयं प्रतापवान्विमलकिरीटहारवान् । रराज वै परमविमानमास्थितो निशाचरः सदसि गतो यथानलः ॥ 7-15-45 ॥
Having by his own splendor won that ample victory, the mighty night-ranger, with his spotless diadem and necklaces, seated upon that supreme aerial chariot, shone resplendent, like fire come into the sacrificial assembly.
