कटिशीर्षनिविष्टाग्रौ त्रिपताकौ यदा करौ । पक्षवञ्चितकौ हस्तौ तदा ज्ञेयौ प्रयोक्तृभिः ॥ २०१॥
Pakṣavañcitaka—one Tripatāka hand placed on the waist and another on the head.
english translation
kaTizIrSaniviSTAgrau tripatAkau yadA karau । pakSavaJcitakau hastau tadA jJeyau prayoktRbhiH ॥ 201॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतावेव तु परावृत्तौ पक्षप्रद्योतकौ स्मृतौ । अधोमुखतलाविद्धौ ज्ञेयौ गरुडपक्षकौ ॥ २०२॥
Pakṣapradyotaka—the Pakṣavañcitaka hands changing places (i.e. the hands placed on the waist to be put on the head and vice versa).

tAveva tu parAvRttau pakSapradyotakau smRtau । adhomukhatalAviddhau jJeyau garuDapakSakau ॥ 202॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptहंसपक्षकृतौ हस्तौ व्यावृत्तपरिवर्तितौ । तथा प्रसारितभुजौ दण्डपक्षाविति स्मृतौ ॥ २०३॥
Daṇḍapaksa—the two Haṃsapakṣa hands moved alternately and then held out like a staff.
english translation
haMsapakSakRtau hastau vyAvRttaparivartitau । tathA prasAritabhujau daNDapakSAviti smRtau ॥ 203॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptऊर्ध्वमण्डलिनौ हस्तावूर्ध्वदेशविवर्तनात् । तावेव पार्श्वविन्यस्तौ पार्श्वमण्डलिनौ स्मृतौ ॥ २०४॥
Ūrdhvamaṇḍalī—the two hands to have circling movement near the upper region (i.e. the upper part of the body). Pārśvamaṇḍalī—the same movement made on one side.

UrdhvamaNDalinau hastAvUrdhvadezavivartanAt । tAveva pArzvavinyastau pArzvamaNDalinau smRtau ॥ 204॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउद्वेष्टितौ भवेदेकौ द्वितीयश्चापवेष्टितः । भ्रमितावुरसः स्थाने ह्युरोमण्डलिनौ स्मृतौ ॥ २०५॥
Uromaṇḍalī—after circling movements one hand to be raised up and the other to hang down, and movements to take place near the breast.
english translation
udveSTitau bhavedekau dvitIyazcApaveSTitaH । bhramitAvurasaH sthAne hyuromaNDalinau smRtau ॥ 205॥
