उद्वेष्टितौ भवेदेकौ द्वितीयश्चापवेष्टितः । भ्रमितावुरसः स्थाने ह्युरोमण्डलिनौ स्मृतौ ॥ २०५॥

Uromaṇḍalī—after circling movements one hand to be raised up and the other to hang down, and movements to take place near the breast.

english translation

udveSTitau bhavedekau dvitIyazcApaveSTitaH । bhramitAvurasaH sthAne hyuromaNDalinau smRtau ॥ 205॥
