पुनस्तथैव कर्तव्यौ सिंहाकर्ष्तके द्विजाः । आक्षिप्तहस्तमाक्षिप्तदेहमाक्षिप्तपादकम् ॥ १५१॥
Siṃhākarṣita—one foot to be stretched backwards and hands to be bent and turned round in the front and again to be bent.
english translation
punastathaiva kartavyau siMhAkarStake dvijAH । AkSiptahastamAkSiptadehamAkSiptapAdakam ॥ 151॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअद्वृत्तगात्रमित्येतदुद्वृतां करणं स्मृतम् । आक्षिप्तचरणश्चैको हस्तौ तस्यैव चानुगौ ॥ १५२॥
Udvṛtta—hands, feet and the entire body to be moved violently (lit. thrown up) and then Udvṛttā Cārī to be observed.

advRttagAtramityetadudvRtAM karaNaM smRtam । AkSiptacaraNazcaiko hastau tasyaiva cAnugau ॥ 152॥

Upasṛtaka—observing Ākṣiptā Cārī and hands in harmony with this Cārī.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptरेचयेच्च करं वामं तलसङ्घट्टिते सदा । एको वक्षःस्थितो हस्तो द्व्तीयश्च प्रलम्बितः ॥ १५४॥
Talasaṃghaṭṭita—observe the Dolāpādā Cārī two palms will clash with each other and the left hand to be Recita.

recayecca karaM vAmaM talasaGghaTTite sadA । eko vakSaHsthito hasto dvtIyazca pralambitaH ॥ 154॥
