पुनस्तथैव कर्तव्यौ सिंहाकर्ष्तके द्विजाः । आक्षिप्तहस्तमाक्षिप्तदेहमाक्षिप्तपादकम् ॥ १५१॥
Siṃhākarṣita—one foot to be stretched backwards and hands to be bent and turned round in the front and again to be bent.
english translation
अद्वृत्तगात्रमित्येतदुद्वृतां करणं स्मृतम् । आक्षिप्तचरणश्चैको हस्तौ तस्यैव चानुगौ ॥ १५२॥
Udvṛtta—hands, feet and the entire body to be moved violently (lit. thrown up) and then Udvṛttā Cārī to be observed.

आनतं च तथ गात्रं तयोपसृतकं भवेत् दोलापादक्रमं कृत्वा तलसङ्घट्टितौ करौ ॥ १५३॥
Upasṛtaka—observing Ākṣiptā Cārī and hands in harmony with this Cārī.

रेचयेच्च करं वामं तलसङ्घट्टिते सदा । एको वक्षःस्थितो हस्तो द्व्तीयश्च प्रलम्बितः ॥ १५४॥
Talasaṃghaṭṭita—observe the Dolāpādā Cārī two palms will clash with each other and the left hand to be Recita.

तलाग्रसंस्थितः पादो जनिते करणे भवेत् । जनितं करणं कृत्वा हस्तौ चाभिमुखाङ्गुली ॥ १५५॥
Janita—one hand to be on the chest, the other hanging loosely and observing Talāgrasaṃsthitā (Janitā) Cārī.
