तथा त्रिकं विवृत्तं च मयूरललितं भवेत् । अञ्चितापसृतौ पादौ शिरश्च परिवाहितम् ॥ १४१॥
Mayūralalita—after assuming the Vṛścika Cārī two hands to be Recita, and the Trika to be turned round ॥ in the Bhramarī Cārī॥.
english translation
tathA trikaM vivRttaM ca mayUralalitaM bhavet । aJcitApasRtau pAdau zirazca parivAhitam ॥ 141॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptरेचितौ च तथा हस्तौ तत्सर्पितमुदाहृतम् । नूपुरं चरणं कृत्वा दण्डपादं प्रसारयेत् ॥ १४२॥
Sarpita—the two feet to be moved from the Añcita position and the head with Parivāhita gesture, and the two hands are Recita.

recitau ca tathA hastau tatsarpitamudAhRtam । nUpuraM caraNaM kRtvA daNDapAdaM prasArayet ॥ 142॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptक्षिप्राविद्धकरं चैव दण्डपादं तदुच्यते । अतिक्रान्तक्रमं कृत्वा समुत्प्लुत्य निपातयेत् ॥ १४३॥
Daṇḍapāda—after the Nūpura Cārī, Daṇḍapāda Cārī should be observed and the Āviddha hand should be shown quickly.

kSiprAviddhakaraM caiva daNDapAdaM taducyate । atikrAntakramaM kRtvA samutplutya nipAtayet ॥ 143॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptजङ्घाञ्चितोपरि क्षिप्ता तद्विद्याद्धरिणप्लुतम् । डोलापादक्रमं कृत्वा समुत्प्लुत्य निपातयेत् ॥१४४॥
Hariṇapluta—after observing the Atikrāntā Cārī one jumps and stops, and then one of the shanks are bent and thrown up.

Preṅkholitaka—after observing the Dolāpāda Cārī (= krama) one is to jump and let the Trika turn round in the Bhramarī Cārī and come at test.
