तादृशस्तत्र दातव्यो बलिर्मन्त्रपुरस्कृतः । स्थापने ब्राह्मणेभ्यश्च दातव्यं घृतपायसम् ॥ ४१॥
In that case, the offering should be made with the mantra, and it should be given to the Brahmins, consisting of clarified butter (ghee) and sweetened rice (payasam).
english translation
tAdRzastatra dAtavyo balirmantrapuraskRtaH । sthApane brAhmaNebhyazca dAtavyaM ghRtapAyasam ॥ 41॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमधुपर्कस्तथा राज्ञे कर्तृभ्यश्च गुडौदनम् । नक्षत्रेण तु कर्तव्यं मूलेन स्थापनं बुधैः ॥ ४२॥
The offering of madhuparka (a mixture of honey, yogurt, and ghee) should be made to the king and the performers. It should be done according to the constellation (nakshatra) and established at the root (mūla) as prescribed by the wise.

madhuparkastathA rAjJe kartRbhyazca guDaudanam । nakSatreNa tu kartavyaM mUlena sthApanaM budhaiH ॥ 42॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमुहूर्तेनानुकूलेन तिथ्या सुकरणेन च । एवं तु स्थापनं कृत्वा भित्तिकर्म प्रयोजयेत् ॥ ४३॥
The establishment (sthāpana) should be done at an auspicious time (muhurta), with a favorable tithi (lunar day), and after completing this, the work of constructing the walls (bhittikarma) should be undertaken.

muhUrtenAnukUlena tithyA sukaraNena ca । evaM tu sthApanaM kRtvA bhittikarma prayojayet ॥ 43॥

After the completion of the wall construction (bhittikarma), the installation of the pillars (stambhānāṃ sthāpana) should be done, following an auspicious tithi (lunar day) and nakṣatra (constellation), with the proper rites and ceremonies.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्तम्भानां स्थापनं कार्यं रोहिण्या श्रवणेन वा । आचार्येण सुयुक्तेन त्रिरात्रोपोषितेन च ॥ ४५॥
The installation of the pillars (stambhānāṃ sthāpana) should be carried out during the auspicious nakṣatras of Rohiṇī or Śravaṇa, by a well-trained teacher (ācārya) who has observed a three-night fast (trirātrāupōṣita).
