शुभे नक्षत्रयोगे च मण्डपस्य निवेशनम् । शङ्खदुन्दुभिनिर्घोषैर्मृदङ्गपणवादिभिः ॥ ३६॥
The installation of the playhouse (mandapa) should be done during an auspicious conjunction of the stars, accompanied by the sound of conch shells, drums, and other musical instruments like the mridanga and panava.

The installation should be carried out with the winds blowing from all directions, and any inauspicious elements, such as those related to heretics or ascetics, should be discarded.

Those who wear ochre-colored clothes and those who are physically disabled, as well as those who are involved in night-time rituals and associated with various types of food offerings, should be involved in the ritual.

The ten directions should be adorned with scents, flowers, and fruits. The eastern direction should be associated with white offerings, and the southern direction should be linked with blue offerings.
