काषायवसनाश्चैव विकलाश्चैअव ये नराः । निशायां च बलिः कार्या नानाभोजनसंयुतः ॥ ३८॥
Those who wear ochre-colored clothes and those who are physically disabled, as well as those who are involved in night-time rituals and associated with various types of food offerings, should be involved in the ritual.
english translation
kASAyavasanAzcaiva vikalAzcaiava ye narAH । nizAyAM ca baliH kAryA nAnAbhojanasaMyutaH ॥ 38॥
