तस्मान्नित्यं प्रयत्नेन रज्जुग्रहणमिष्यते । कार्यं चैव प्रयत्नेन मानं नाट्यगृहस्य तु ॥ ३१॥

Therefore, the thread should always be grasped with effort. Similarly, the construction of the playhouse (Nāṭyagṛha) should also be undertaken with great care and effort.

At an auspicious moment, on a favorable date, after performing rites to satisfy the Brahmins, the performer should then recite the sacred words (Punyaahāṃ) with devotion.
