मुहूर्तेनानुकूलेन तिथ्या सुकरणेन च । एवं तु स्थापनं कृत्वा भित्तिकर्म प्रयोजयेत् ॥ ४३॥

The establishment (sthāpana) should be done at an auspicious time (muhurta), with a favorable tithi (lunar day), and after completing this, the work of constructing the walls (bhittikarma) should be undertaken.

english translation

muhUrtenAnukUlena tithyA sukaraNena ca | evaM tu sthApanaM kRtvA bhittikarma prayojayet || 43||
