निर्वाणदीपो नात्यर्थं भूषणैश्च विभूषितः । वेलासदृशवस्त्रश्च सह दूत्या शनैस्तथा ॥ ४६॥
The lover is adorned not excessively but suitably, like a lamp of moderate brightness, Wearing clothes resembling the evening time, and slowly walking accompanied by the female messenger.

nirvANadIpo nAtyarthaM bhUSaNaizca vibhUSitaH । velAsadRzavastrazca saha dUtyA zanaistathA ॥ 46॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptव्रजेत् प्रच्छन्नकामस्तु पादैर्निश्शब्दमन्दगैः । शब्दशंक्युत्सुकश्च स्यादवलोकनतत्परः ॥ ४७॥
In secret love-making, the lover should walk quietly with slow steps, Anxious about sounds, eager and attentive to every glance.

vrajet pracchannakAmastu pAdairnizzabdamandagaiH । zabdazaMkyutsukazca syAdavalokanatatparaH ॥ 47॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवेपमानशरीरश्च शंकितः प्रस्खलन् मुहुः । रसे रौद्रे तु वक्ष्यामि दैत्यरक्षोगणान् प्रति ॥ ४८॥
Trembling body, doubtful, repeatedly slipping— Now I shall describe the demon and rakshasa troops in the furious sentiment (raudra).

vepamAnazarIrazca zaMkitaH praskhalan muhuH । rase raudre tu vakSyAmi daityarakSogaNAn prati ॥ 48॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएक एव रसस्तेषां स्थायी रौद्रो द्विजोत्तमाः । नेपथ्यरौद्रो विज्ञेयस्त्वङ्गरौद्रस्तथैव च ॥ ४९॥
Among these, the only permanent sentiment is the Terrible (Roudra), O best of Brahmins. The Terrible sentiment manifested offstage (background) and the Terrible expressed through the limbs are both to be known.
