पृष्ठापसर्पी वामश्च स च चाषगतिर्भवेत् । आस्पन्दितः पुनर्दक्षः शकटास्यश्च वामकः ॥ ५१॥

समपादं बुधः कृत्वा स्थानं हस्तौ प्रसारयेत् । निरन्तरावूर्ध्वतलावावेष्ट्योद्वेष्ट्य चैव हि ॥ ५३॥

कटीतटे विनिक्षिप्य चाद्यमावर्त्तयेत् क्रमात् । यथाक्रमं पुनर्वाममावर्तेन प्रसारयेत् ॥ ५४॥

चारया चानया भ्रान्त्वा पर्यायेणाथ मण्डलम् । समोत्सरितमेतत्तु कार्यं व्यायाममण्डलम् ॥ ५५॥
