अपक्रन्तः पुनश्चाद्यो वामोऽतिक्रान्त एव च । पादभ्रमरकश्च स्यादलाते खलु मण्डले ॥ ३१॥

The left side, once executed with Apakrānta and Atikrānta, should also incorporate the foot movements resembling a bee’s flight in a circular motion within the boundary of the circle.

सूचीमाद्यक्रमं कृत्वा ह्यपक्रान्तं च वामकम् । आद्यो दण्डक्रमश्चैव सूचीपादस्तु वामकः ॥ ३२॥

sanskrit

By performing the initial step with the left foot and then following it with the Apakrānta and Atikrānta movements, the first stage of the Danda sequence is completed with the left foot as part of the leftward movement.

sUcImAdyakramaM kRtvA hyapakrAntaM ca vAmakam | Adyo daNDakramazcaiva sUcIpAdastu vAmakaH || 32||

कार्यस्त्रिकविवर्तश्च पार्श्वक्रान्तश्च दक्षिणः । आक्षिप्तं वामकं कुर्यात् दण्डपार्श्वं च दक्षिणम् ॥ ३३॥

The task involves performing the Trikavivarta, the Parśvakrānta to the right side, and then executing the Ākṣipta movement with the left. The Danda posture should be done on the right side as part of this sequence.

उरुद्वृत्तं च तेनैव कर्तव्यं दक्षिणेन तु । सूचीवामक्रमं कृत्वा त्रिकं च परिवर्तयेत् ॥ ३४॥

The Uru-Dvṛtta should be performed with the same movement, using the right side. After executing the Sūcī-Vāmakrama, the Trika should be changed and rotated accordingly.

अलातश्च भवेद्वामः पार्श्वक्रान्तश्च दक्षिणः । अतिक्रान्तः पुनर्वामो वामबन्धे तु मण्डले ॥ ३५॥

The left side should perform the Alāta, and the right side should perform the Pārśvakrānta. The left side should be in the Atikrānta position, while the left bind (Vāmabandha) should be in the Mandala.
