सूचीमाद्यक्रमं कृत्वा ह्यपक्रान्तं च वामकम् । पार्श्वक्रान्तः पुनश्चाद्यो भुजङ्गत्रासितः स च ॥ ३६॥
The left side should perform the primary movement and the Atikrānta position in the Vāmaka. The Pārśvakrānta position should also be followed by the Bhujangatrāsita (serpent-like pose).
english translation
sUcImAdyakramaM kRtvA hyapakrAntaM ca vAmakam । pArzvakrAntaH punazcAdyo bhujaGgatrAsitaH sa ca ॥ 36॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअतिक्रान्तः पुनर्वाम आक्षिप्तो दक्षिणस्तथा । अतिक्रान्तः पुनर्वाम उरुद्वृत्तस्तथैव च ॥ ३७॥
The Atikrānta position of the left side should be followed by the Ākṣipta (throwing) position on the right side. Similarly, the Atikrānta position should then transition to the Uru-dvṛtta (waist circle) position, maintaining the same sequence.

atikrAntaH punarvAma AkSipto dakSiNastathA । atikrAntaH punarvAma urudvRttastathaiva ca ॥ 37॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअलातश्च पुनर्वामः पार्श्वक्रान्तश्च दक्षिणः । सूचीवामं पुनर्दद्यादपक्रान्तस्तु दक्षिणः ॥ ३८॥
The position of the left side should return to the Ālāta (wheel) stance, and the right side should transition into the Pārśvakrānta (sideward leaning) position. Then, the left side should return to the Śūcīvāma (left needle) stance, followed by the right side in the Apakrānta (displaced) position.

alAtazca punarvAmaH pArzvakrAntazca dakSiNaH । sUcIvAmaM punardadyAdapakrAntastu dakSiNaH ॥ 38॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअतिक्रान्तः पुनर्वामः कार्यो ललितसंज्ञकः । एष पादप्रसारस्तु ललिते मण्डले भवेत् ॥ ३९॥
The position where the left side is displaced again is to be performed as the Lalita (graceful) position. This stance is known as the leg extension in the graceful or flowing circle (mandala).

hk transliteration by Sanscriptसूचीवामक्रमं कृत्वा ह्यपक्रान्तश्च वामकम् । पार्श्वक्रान्तं पुनश्चाद्यं वामपार्श्वक्रमं तथा ॥ ४०॥
The left sequence should be executed, followed by the displaced left posture. Then, the lateral deviation is to be performed again, along with the left lateral sequence.
