अतिक्रान्तः पुनर्वाम आक्षिप्तो दक्षिणस्तथा । अतिक्रान्तः पुनर्वाम उरुद्वृत्तस्तथैव च ॥ ३७॥

The Atikrānta position of the left side should be followed by the Ākṣipta (throwing) position on the right side. Similarly, the Atikrānta position should then transition to the Uru-dvṛtta (waist circle) position, maintaining the same sequence.

english translation

atikrAntaH punarvAma AkSipto dakSiNastathA | atikrAntaH punarvAma urudvRttastathaiva ca || 37||
