यथा च भीमॊ वरजति तन मे निगदतः शृणु बाह्वॊर बले नास्ति समॊ ममेति भरतर्षभ ।। २-७१-१२ ।।
'Listen to me, O foremost of the Bharatas, as I explain why Bhima behaves this way. Believing, 'None equals me in strength,' Bhima repeatedly departs, stretching out his mighty arms.'' ।। 2-71-12 ।।
'And, O king, proud of his immense strength, Vrikodara (Bhima) departs, showcasing his mighty arms and intending to perform deeds worthy of such strength against his enemies.' ।। 2-71-13 ।।
'Meanwhile, Arjuna, the son of Kunti, skilled in wielding his bow Gandiva with both hands, follows in Yudhishthira's footsteps, scattering grains of sand to symbolize the arrows he will unleash in battle.' ।। 2-71-14 ।।
असक्ताः सिकतास तस्य यथा संप्रति भारत असक्तं शरवर्षाणि तथा मॊक्ष्यति शत्रुषु ।। २-७१-१५ ।।
'O Bharata, he indicates that just as he scatters the grains of sand with ease, so will he release arrows effortlessly upon his foes in battle.' ।। 2-71-15 ।।
