दुर्यॊधनस्य कर्णस्य शकुनेश च दुरात्मनः दुःशासनचतुर्थानां भूमिः पास्यति शॊणितम ॥ २-६८-३१ ॥
'And Bhima continued, 'The earth shall be drenched with the blood of Duryodhana, Karna, the wicked Shakuni, and Dushasana, who makes the fourth.'' ॥ 2-68-31 ॥
english translation
असूयितारं वक्तारं परस्रष्टारं दुरात्मनाम भीमसेन नियॊगात ते हन्ताहं कर्णम आहवे ॥ २-६८-३२ ॥
'And Arjuna said, 'O Bhima, I shall, as you direct, slay the malicious, envious, and harsh-spoken Karna in battle.' ॥ 2-68-32 ॥
english translation
अर्जुनः परतिजानीते भीमस्य परियकाम्यया कर्णं कर्णानुगांश चैव रणे हन्तास्मि पत्रिभिः ॥ २-६८-३३ ॥
'Arjuna vowed, 'To fulfill Bhima’s wish, I shall slay Karna and his followers in battle with my arrows.'' ॥ 2-68-33 ॥

ये चान्ये परतियॊत्स्यन्ति बुद्धिमॊहेन मां नृपाः तांश च सर्वाञ शतैर बाणैर नेतास्मि यमसादनम ॥ २-६८-३४ ॥
'Those others who will oppose me, driven by ignorance, will also be struck down by me with hundreds of arrows, leading them to the abode of Yama.' ॥ 2-68-34 ॥

चलेद धि हिमवान सथानान निष्प्रभः सयाद दिवाकरः शैत्यं सॊमात परणश्येत मत्सत्यं विचलेद यदि ॥ २-६८-३५ ॥
'The mountains of Himavat may be moved from their places, the sun may lose its brightness, and the moon may lose its coolness, but my vow will remain unwavering. This will certainly come to pass if, on the fourteenth year from now, Duryodhana does not, with due respect, return our kingdom to us.' ॥ 2-68-35 ॥
