ततः सर्वैर महाबाहुर भरातृभिः परिवारितः परविवेश गृहं राज्ञॊ धृतराष्ट्रस्य धीमतः ॥ २-५२-२६ ॥
'And the mighty-armed one, surrounded by all his brothers, then entered the chamber of the wise King Dhritarashtra.' ॥ 2-52-26 ॥
english translation
ददर्श तत्र गान्धारीं देवीं पतिम अनुव्रताम सनुषाभिः संवृतां शश्वत ताराभिर इव रॊहिणीम ॥ २-५२-२७ ॥
'Yudhishthira then saw the revered Gandhari, ever devoted to her husband, surrounded by her daughters-in-law like Rohini surrounded by stars.' ॥ 2-52-27 ॥

अभिवाद्य स गान्धारीं तया च परतिनन्दितः ददर्श पितरं वृद्धं परज्ञा चक्षुषम ईश्वरम ॥ २-५२-२८ ॥
'After saluting Gandhari and receiving her blessings, the king then beheld his venerable uncle, the illustrious monarch whose wisdom was his guiding light.' ॥ 2-52-28 ॥

राज्ञा मूर्धन्य उपाघ्रातास ते च कौरवनन्दनाः चत्वारः पाण्डवा राजन भीमसेनपुरॊगमाः ॥ २-५२-२९ ॥
'King Dhritarashtra, O monarch, then touched the heads of the five princes of the Kuru race, including the sons of Pandu with Bhimasena as their eldest.' ॥ 2-52-29 ॥

ततॊ हर्षः समभवत कौरवाणां विशां पते तान दृष्ट्वा पुरुषव्याघ्रान पाण्डवान परियदर्शनान ॥ २-५२-३० ॥
'And, O king, beholding--the handsome Pandava those tigers among men, all the Kurus became exceedingly glad.' ॥ 2-52-30 ॥
