कच चिच छुचिकृतः पराज्ञाः पञ्च पञ्च सवनुष्ठिताः कषेमं कुर्वन्ति संहत्य राजञ जनपदे तव ॥ २-५-७० ॥
'O king, do the five brave and wise men, appointed to safeguard the city, the fortress, the merchants, the farmers, and to administer justice, consistently contribute to the welfare of your kingdom by working in harmony?' ॥ 2-5-70 ॥
