'O sinless one, do you assess the six attributes of kings—eloquence, resourcefulness, strategic intelligence, memory, ethical understanding, and political acumen—and employ the seven means—discord, punishment, reconciliation, generosity, diplomacy, medicine, and sorcery? And do you scrutinize your adversaries' fourteen resources based on your strengths and weaknesses?' ।। 2-5-11 ।।
