पार्वतीया बलिं चान्यम आहृत्य परणताः सथिताः अजातशत्रॊर नृपतेर दवारि तिष्ठन्ति वारिताः ॥ २-४८-७ ॥
'Despite these generous offerings, they waited with their heads bowed at the gate of King Yudhishthira, unable to gain entry.' ॥ 2-48-7 ॥

pArvatIyA baliM cAnyama AhRtya paraNatAH sathitAH ajAtazatròra nRpatera davAri tiSThanti vAritAH ॥ 2-48-7 ॥
