'The origin and dissolution of all things, and the lord of past, present, and future—Kesava, the slayer of Kesi.' ।। 2-30-11 ।।

jagatasa tasthuSAM zareSThaH parabhavaza cApyayaza ca ha bhUtabhavya bhavana nAthaH kezavaH kezi sUdanaH || 2-30-11 ||

पराकारः सर्ववृष्णीनाम आपत्स्व अभयदॊ ऽरिहा बलाधिकारे निक्षिप्य संहत्यानक दुन्दुभिम ।। २-३०-१२ ।।

'Protector of the Vrishnis, who dispels all fears and defeats all foes—arrived in the magnificent city of Indraprastha. He had appointed Vasudeva to command the Yadava forces and brought a vast treasure with him. ।। 2-30-12 ।।

parAkAraH sarvavRSNInAma Apatsva abhayadò 'rihA balAdhikAre nikSipya saMhatyAnaka dundubhima || 2-30-12 ||

उच्चावचम उपादाय धर्मराजाय माधवः धनौघं पुरुषव्याघ्रॊ बलेन महता वृतः ।। २-३०-१३ ।।

'उच्चावचम उपादाय धर्मराजाय माधवः धनौघं पुरुषव्याघ्रः बलेन महता वृतः --- And Madhava, that tiger among men, having brought a vast and varied treasure for King Yudhishthira, entered the capital surrounded by a mighty host.' ।। 2-30-13 ।।

uccAvacama upAdAya dharmarAjAya mAdhavaH dhanaughaM puruSavyAghrò balena mahatA vRtaH || 2-30-13 ||

'The capital of the Bharata race rejoiced at Krishna's presence, just as a dark region is gladdened by the sun or a still region by a gentle breeze.' ।। 2-30-15 ।।
