परतिघ्नतीव परभया परभाम अर्कस्य भास्वराम परबभौ जवलमानेव दिव्या दिव्येन वर्चसा ॥ २-३-२१ ॥
'And with the effulgence it exhibited, which was a mixture of both celestial and terrestrial light, it looked as if it was on fire.' ॥ 2-3-21 ॥

paratighnatIva parabhayA parabhAma arkasya bhAsvarAma parababhau javalamAneva divyA divyena varcasA ॥ 2-3-21 ॥

'Resembling towering clouds enveloping the sky, it stood grandly, expansive and adorned with intricate details, free from flaws and fatigue.' ॥ 2-3-22 ॥

'Truly, the palace constructed by the skillful Maya was vast, delightful, and invigorating, made of exquisite materials, and adorned with golden walls and archways.' ॥ 2-3-23 ॥

uttamadravyasaMpannA maNiprAkAramAlinI bahuratnA bahudhanA sukRtA vizvakarmaNA ॥ 2-3-23 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptन दाशार्ही सुधर्मा वा बरह्मणॊ वापि तादृशी आसीद रूपेण संपन्ना यां चक्रे ऽपरतिमां मयः ॥ २-३-२४ ॥
'The palace was embellished with numerous diverse artworks, richly adorned, and excellently constructed, surpassing in beauty even Sudharma of the Dasarha lineage or the abode of Brahma himself.' ॥ 2-3-24 ॥

na dAzArhI sudharmA vA barahmaNò vApi tAdRzI AsIda rUpeNa saMpannA yAM cakre 'paratimAM mayaH ॥ 2-3-24 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतां सम तत्र मयेनॊक्ता रक्षन्ति च वहन्ति च सभाम अष्टौ सहस्राणि किंकरा नाम राक्षसाः ॥ २-३-२५ ॥
'Eight thousand Rakshasas known as Kinkaras, formidable beings with immense strength, towering bodies, fiery eyes, and pointed ears, well-equipped with weapons and capable of traversing the skies, diligently guarded and protected the palace.' ॥ 2-3-25 ॥

tAM sama tatra mayenòktA rakSanti ca vahanti ca sabhAma aSTau sahasrANi kiMkarA nAma rAkSasAH ॥ 2-3-25 ॥
