[ज] दिशाम अभिजयं बरह्मन विस्तरेणानुकीर्तय न हि तृप्यामि पूर्वेषां शृण्वानश चरितं महत ॥ २-२३-११ ॥
'O Brahman, narrate in detail the conquest of the directions. I am not satisfied hearing about the great deeds of the ancestors.' ॥ 2-23-11 ॥
english translation
[ja] dizAma abhijayaM barahmana vistareNAnukIrtaya na hi tRpyAmi pUrveSAM zRNvAnaza caritaM mahata ॥ 2-23-11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript[वै] धनंजयस्य वक्ष्यामि विजयं पूर्वम एव ते यौगपद्येन पार्थैर हि विजितेयं वसुंधरा ॥ २-२३-१२ ॥
'"I shall first recount to you Arjuna's conquests," said Vaisampayana. "For indeed, the sons of Pritha simultaneously subdued the entire earth.' ॥ 2-23-12 ॥

[vai] dhanaMjayasya vakSyAmi vijayaM pUrvama eva te yaugapadyena pArthaira hi vijiteyaM vasuMdharA ॥ 2-23-12 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपूर्वं कुणिन्द विषये वशे चक्रे महीपतीन धनंजयॊ महाबाहुर नातितीव्रेण कर्मणा ॥ २-२३-१३ ॥
'First, in the region of Kuninda, the mighty-armed Dhananjaya Brought the kings under control, without excessively severe action.' ॥ 2-23-13 ॥

pUrvaM kuNinda viSaye vaze cakre mahIpatIna dhanaMjayò mahAbAhura nAtitIvreNa karmaNA ॥ 2-23-13 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptआनर्तान कालकूटांश च कुणिन्दांश च विजित्य सः सुमण्डलं पापजितं कृतवान अनु सैनिकम ॥ २-२३-१४ ॥
'Having conquered the Anartas, Kalakutas, and Kunindas, He made Sumandala, who had conquered sin, a follower in his army.' ॥ 2-23-14 ॥

'O King, joined by him, the left-handed archer, the scorcher of foes, Conquered the entire island and the ruler of Prativindhya.' ॥ 2-23-15 ॥
