जरासंध रथं कृष्णॊ यॊजयित्वा पताकिनम आरॊप्य भरातरौ चैव मॊक्षयाम आस बान्धवान ॥ २-२२-११ ॥
'Krishna then prepared Jarasandha's chariot, adorned with an excellent flagstaff, and had the brothers Bhima and Arjuna ride in it. They entered the city and liberated their imprisoned relatives.' ॥ 2-22-11 ॥

jarAsaMdha rathaM kRSNò yòjayitvA patAkinama Aròpya bharAtarau caiva mòkSayAma Asa bAndhavAna ॥ 2-22-11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptते वै रत्नभुजं कृष्णं रत्नार्हं पृथिवीश्वराः राजानश चक्रुर आसाद्य मॊक्षिता महतॊ भयात ॥ २-२२-१२ ॥
'Those kings, rescued from their terrible fate and rich with jewels, approached Krishna and presented him with jewels and gems.' ॥ 2-22-12 ॥

te vai ratnabhujaM kRSNaM ratnArhaM pRthivIzvarAH rAjAnaza cakrura AsAdya mòkSitA mahatò bhayAta ॥ 2-22-12 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअक्षतः शस्त्रसंपन्नॊ जितारिः सह राजभिः रथम आस्थाय तं दिव्यं निर्जगाम गिरिव्रजात ॥ २-२२-१३ ॥
'Having defeated his enemy, Krishna, equipped with weapons, unharmed, and accompanied by the liberated kings, departed from Girivraja in the celestial chariot of Jarasandha.' ॥ 2-22-13 ॥

akSataH zastrasaMpannò jitAriH saha rAjabhiH rathama AsthAya taM divyaM nirjagAma girivrajAta ॥ 2-22-13 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयः ससॊदर्यवान नाम दवियॊधः कृष्णसारथिः अभ्यासघाती संदृश्यॊ दुर्जयः सर्वराजभिः ॥ २-२२-१४ ॥
'Accompanied by Bhima, the mighty wielder of the bow with both hands (Arjuna), who was invincible by any earthly monarch, exceedingly handsome, and skilled in battle, emerged from that battlefield with Krishna as his charioteer.' ॥ 2-22-14 ॥

yaH sasòdaryavAna nAma daviyòdhaH kRSNasArathiH abhyAsaghAtI saMdRzyò durjayaH sarvarAjabhiH ॥ 2-22-14 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभीमार्जुनाभ्यां यॊधाभ्याम आस्थितः कृष्णसारथिः शुशुभे रथवर्यॊ ऽसौ दुर्जयः सर्वधन्विभिः ॥ २-२२-१५ ॥
'The best of chariots, ridden by those warriors Bhima and Arjuna, and driven by Krishna, appeared exceptionally splendid and invincible, beyond the defeat of any king.' ॥ 2-22-15 ॥

bhImArjunAbhyAM yòdhAbhyAma AsthitaH kRSNasArathiH zuzubhe rathavaryò 'sau durjayaH sarvadhanvibhiH ॥ 2-22-15 ॥
