कामी कुशलो वाग्मी चौर्यमतिर्वित्तवान् विदेशरतः। युद्धोत्सुकोऽतिनिपुणो रिपुहन्ता जायते च हस्तर्क्षे॥१३॥

One who has had his birth in the star हस्ता—Hasta—will be lustful, clever, oratorical, of a thievish disposition, rich and intent on going to foreign places. He will be eager to fight in battle, will be very clever and a killer of enemies.
