प्रकृतिजडोऽल्पमनीषो ज्ञानधनैश्वर्यवर्जितश्चफलः। स्तब्धः परान्नकाङ्क्षी जलयोगे जायते मनोदुःखी॥२॥

The man born in a जल Yoga will by nature be stupid, insignificant, and devoid of intelligence; he will have no money and be without any wealth whatever. He will be fickle-minded, and stubborn, desiring to take his meals at others' table. He will ever be melancholy.

english translation

prakRtijaDo'lpamanISo jJAnadhanaizvaryavarjitazcaphalaH। stabdhaH parAnnakAGkSI jalayoge jAyate manoduHkhI॥2॥
