धीधर्मभोगयुक्तो नवमे सुतदारवान् सिते बलिनि। स्त्रीदयितो नृपमन्त्री दशमे शुक्रे जलादिधर्मपरः॥३७॥

When Venus is strong and occupies the 9th house, the person born will be intelligent, righteous in disposition and command all comforts. He will live with his wife and sons. When Venus is in the 10th house, he will be loved by women ; he will be a king's minister, will construct tanks and wells for the use of the public.
