नीचस्त्रीभोगरतो दुश्चिक्ये वित्तभोगरहितश्च। सुखगे सुखी क्षमावान् दयापरो दारपुत्रवान् भृगुजे॥३४॥

The person at whose birth Venus is in the 3rd house will seek the company of a low-born woman. He will have neither wealth, nor enjoyment. When Venus occupies the 4th house, the person born will be happy, of a forgiving disposition, merciful and will be blessed with wife and children.
