(अथ षट्पदयोगस्तत्फलं च) लग्नतष्षट्भवनगैर्ग्रहैष्षट्पद उच्यते। तत्रोद्भूतो धनाध्यक्षः सर्वेभ्यः सारसंग्रही॥४६॥
When planets range themselves in the first six houses from the Lagna, the Yoga is known as षट्पद-Shatpada One born in this Yoga will be master of much wealth and a hoarder of all essence.

(atha SaTpadayogastatphalaM ca) lagnataSSaTbhavanagairgrahaiSSaTpada ucyate। tatrodbhUto dhanAdhyakSaH sarvebhyaH sArasaMgrahI॥46॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript(अथ वराहयोगस्तत्फलं च) उदयात्मजबन्धुस्थैर्वराहो योग उच्यते। क्षेत्रं वित्तं सुखं ज्ञानं लभते नात्र संशयः॥४७॥
If (all) the planets occupy the 1st, 5th and 4th houses, the वराह-Varaha Yoga is formed. Persons born in this Yoga will, without doubt, obtain lands, wealth, happiness and learning.

(atha varAhayogastatphalaM ca) udayAtmajabandhusthairvarAho yoga ucyate। kSetraM vittaM sukhaM jJAnaM labhate nAtra saMzayaH॥47॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript(अथ कण्टकयोगस्तत्फलं च) द्वित्रिबन्धुस्थितैः सर्वैर्ग्रहैः कण्टक उच्यते। तत्र जातो धनी विद्वान् मध्यमायुरसन्ततिः॥४८॥
If all the planets occupy the 2nd, the 3rd and the 4th houses, the Yoga is called कण्टक—Kantaka. Persons born in the Yoga will be rich and learned. They will be middle-aged.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptअथ हलशृङ्गाटकाविहगयोगास्तत्फलानि च लग्नव्ययस्यैर्हलयोगमेतं शृङ्गाटकं लग्नशुभात्मजस्यैः। लग्नास्तगैस्तं शकटं ब्रुवन्ति बन्ध्वास्पदस्थैर्विहगाख्ययोगम्॥४९॥
If all planets occupy the 1st and 12th houses the हल-Hala Yoga is formed. If they occupy the 1st, 9th and 5th houses, the Yoga is शृङ्गाटक-Sringataka. When all the planets restrict themselves to the 1st and the 7th houses, the Yoga is शकट (Sakata); when they occupy the 4th and 10th houses, the Yoga is Vihaga or Pakshin.

atha halazRGgATakAvihagayogAstatphalAni ca lagnavyayasyairhalayogametaM zRGgATakaM lagnazubhAtmajasyaiH। lagnAstagaistaM zakaTaM bruvanti bandhvAspadasthairvihagAkhyayogam॥49॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptहलोद्भवः क्रोधपरोऽतिनिःखो हीनाङ्गमायुश्च कृषीवलः स्यात्। शृङ्गाटके मारुतकोपदेही महानुभावोऽल्पधनोऽपि जातः॥५०॥
The man born in the हल (Hala) Yoga will be irascible, very poor, defective of some limb, and not longlived; he will be an agriculturist. One born in the शृङ्गाटक -Sringataka Yoga will be windy in temperament, and of an angry temper Though poor, he will be a great personage.

halodbhavaH krodhaparo'tiniHkho hInAGgamAyuzca kRSIvalaH syAt। zRGgATake mArutakopadehI mahAnubhAvo'lpadhano'pi jAtaH॥50॥
