पञ्चगृहस्थैः पाशः षट्गृहसंस्थैश्च दामयोगोऽयम्। सप्तगृहस्थैः सर्वैर्वीणायोगोऽतिविख्यातः॥२६॥
When all the planets occupy five Rasis, the Yoga पाश (Pasa) is formed. If they should be spread over 6 houses, the Yoga will be दाम (Dama). When all the 7 planets occupy seven separate houses, the resulting Yoga is वीणा (Veena), of wide fame.

paJcagRhasthaiH pAzaH SaTgRhasaMsthaizca dAmayogo'yam। saptagRhasthaiH sarvairvINAyogo'tivikhyAtaH॥26॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवीणायोगे जातो विद्वान् विविधार्थभोगसम्पन्नः। स्वकुलश्रेष्ठो मतिमान् निपुणो नीतिप्रियो महोत्साही॥२७॥
The person born in the वीणा Yoga will be highly learned and will be endowed with wealth and all comforts. He will be intelligent and be the head of his clan. He will be very active and impartial.

vINAyoge jAto vidvAn vividhArthabhogasampannaH। svakulazreSTho matimAn nipuNo nItipriyo mahotsAhI॥27॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगोमान् सुखी दयालुः परकार्यरतोऽतिविश्रुतो धीमान्। आढ्यो रणप्रतापी जातः स्याद्दामनामके योगे॥२८॥
One born in the दाम (Dama) Yoga will possess cows, will be happy and of a generous disposition. He will be busy in helping others in their work. He will be a great scholar. He will possess a great intellect. He will be rich and courageous at battle.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपाशे बहुव्ययार्त्तो निपुणो जनवल्लभोऽतिमेधावी। उत्साही नृपतीष्टो जातो गृहकार्यसंस्थितो भवति॥२९॥
The person born in the पाश (Pasa) Yoga will find it difficult to meet his heavy expenditure. He will be clever and greatly loved by the people. He is extremely intelligent and possesses great energy. He is liked by the king. He fully engages himself with the affairs pertaining to his house.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptबन्धूनां हितकारी कृषितो धनवान् स्वधर्मनिरतश्च। केदारे संभूतो जडस्वभावोऽतिमान्यश्च॥३०॥
The person born in the केदार (Kedara) Yoga helps his relations, and enriches himself through cultivating his lands He evinces keenness in attending to his religious duties. He is sluggish, but is very honourable.
