(अथ कुण्डलयोगस्तत्फलं च) क्रमसंस्थितैर्ग्रहेन्द्रै रहितावेकान्तरस्थितौ खचरौ। अन्तरितौ वा बलिनौ योगोऽयं कुण्डलो नाम॥२३॥

When two strong planets are posited in two houses with one house intervening or two houses intervening, and the rest (of the planets) occupy in their order the other houses, the resulting Yoga is termed कुण्डल (Kundala).

english translation

(atha kuNDalayogastatphalaM ca) kramasaMsthitairgrahendrai rahitAvekAntarasthitau khacarau। antaritau vA balinau yogo'yaM kuNDalo nAma॥23॥
