वृषभे सौरिदशायां विशिष्टनामान्वितोऽतिमेधावी। राजा राजसमो वा युद्धेषु कृतश्रमोऽतिधर्मरतः॥७॥
If Saturn be in Vrishabha and his Dasa be in progress, the person concerned gets a good title and becomes very intelligent. He will be a king or equal to a king for having rendered a great service in war and is keenly intent in doing virtuous deeds.
