मन्ददशायां कीटे वधबन्धरतो वृथाटनोऽनृतवान्। कृपणो दयाविहीनो नीचजनानुग्रहोपजीवी स्यात्॥१३॥

When Saturn is posited in Vrischika and his Dasa sets in, the person concerned will engage himself in killing or capturing (animals). He will be wandering without any definite purpose. He will speak falsehood; he will be miserly, and merciless. He will find favour with low people and be depending on others.
