अथ मूलबन्धः-पार्ष्णिभागेन सम्पीड्य योनिमाकुञ्चयेद् गुदम् I अपानमूर्ध्वमाकुञ्च्य' मूलबन्धोऽयमुच्यते ॥२-५८॥
