आत्मना सह योगेन नेत्ररन्ध्राद्विनिर्गता । विहरेद्राजमार्गे च चञ्चलत्वान्न दृश्यते ॥६-१९॥

After this, with the help of the soul, that power comes out through the eyes and wanders on the highway and which is not visible due to fickleness.

english translation

इसके बाद वह शक्ति आत्मा के सहयोग से आँखों के माध्यम से बाहर निकल कर राजमार्ग पर विचरण करती ( घूमती ) है और जो चञ्चलता के कारण दिखाई नहीं देती है ।
