प्राणायामं केवलीं च तदा वदति योगवित् । केवलीकुम्भके सिद्धे किं न सिध्यति भूतले ॥५-९८॥
When Kevali Pranayama is accomplished, the yogi starts knowing yoga very well. After the accomplishment of Kevali Kumbhaka Pranayama, there is no such accomplishment on this earth which the seeker cannot achieve or there is no such accomplishment on this earth which is unattainable for him.
english translation
केवली प्राणायाम के सिद्ध होने पर योगी योग को भली- भाँति जानने लगता है । केवली कुम्भक प्राणायाम की सिद्धि होने पर इस पृथ्वी पर ऐसी कोई सिद्धि नहीं है जो साधक को प्राप्त न हो सके या इस पृथ्वी पर ऐसा कोई सिद्धि नहीं है जो उसके लिए अप्राप्य हो ।
