बद्धश्वासस्ततो भूत्वा चोर्ध्वमार्ग प्रपद्यते । विना शक्तिचालनेन योनिमुद्रा न सिध्यति ॥३-६९॥
Due to this, the Kundalini Shakti gets awakened and starts moving upwards in the body, that is, the Kundalini Shakti becomes upward moving. Yoni Mudra cannot be accomplished without practicing Shakti Chalana Mudra.

इससे कुण्डलिनी शक्ति जागृत होकर शरीर में ऊपर की ओर चढ़ने लगती है अर्थात् इससे कुण्डलिनी शक्ति उर्ध्वगामी हो जाती है । शक्तिचालन मुद्रा का अभ्यास किये बिना योनिमुद्रा को सिद्ध नहीं किया जा सकता I
