उदरामयजं त्यक्तवा जठराग्निं विवर्द्धयेत् । एषा धौति परा गोप्या देवानामपि दुर्लभा । केवलं धौतिमात्रेण देवदेहो भवेद् ध्रुवम् ॥१-२०॥
By practicing Agnisar Dhauti, all the diseases related to the stomach of the practitioner are cured and the gastric fire becomes intense. This action is rare (difficult to achieve) even for the gods and this action deserves to be kept very secret. By practicing only this Kriya, the body of the seeker definitely becomes as divine as the Gods.

अग्निसार धौति का अभ्यास करने से साधक के उदर ( पेट ) से सम्बंधित सभी रोग दूर हो जाते हैं और जठराग्नि तीव्र हो जाती है । यह क्रिया देवताओं के लिए भी दुर्लभ ( कठिनता से प्राप्त होने वाली ) है साथ ही यह क्रिया अत्यन्त गुप्त रखने योग्य है । केवल इसी क्रिया का अभ्यास करने से साधक का शरीर निश्चित रूप से देवताओं के समान दिव्य तेज रूप वाला हो जाता है ।
