अन्येनात्रऽक्रान्ते म्लेच्छा आटविक श्वजीविगोमन्तान् । गोनर्दनीचशूद्रान्वैदेहांश्चानयः स्पृशति ॥ ९-१३ ॥

If Venus who so reappears in the said circle, should be crossed by a planet, the Mlecchas, forestmen, persons that live by dogs, the hill men of Gomanta and Gonarda, the Cāṇḍālas, the Śūdras and the people of Videha will become wicked and lawless.

english translation

anyenAtra'krAnte mlecchA ATavika zvajIvigomantAn । gonardanIcazUdrAnvaidehAMzcAnayaH spRzati ॥ 9-13 ॥
