परतो अपि दर्शनं वातरोगिणां चन्दनागुरुप्राप्तिः । आयुधपुस्तकलब्धिस्तद्वृत्तिसमागमश्चऊर्ध्वम् ॥ ८७-११ ॥
If the omen be the cry of a creature in the 19th benefic quarter, there will be a meeting with persons afflicted with windy complaints and there will also be a gain of sandalwood and of agaru; and if in the 20th benefic quarter, there will be a gain of weapons and books as well as a meeting with persons dealing in them.

parato api darzanaM vAtarogiNAM candanAguruprAptiH । AyudhapustakalabdhistadvRttisamAgamazcaUrdhvam ॥ 87-11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवायव्ये फेनकचामराउर्णिकऽप्तिः समेति कायस्थः । मृन्मयलाभो अन्यस्मिन्वैतालिकडिण्डिभाण्डानाम् ॥ ८७-१२ ॥
If the omen be the cry of a creature in the 21st benefic quarter (north-west), there will be a gain of the bone of the white cuttle fish, of Cāmara, and of woollen shawls, and there will also be a meeting with a person of the Kāyastha caste; and if in the 22nd benefic quarter, there will be a gain of earthen ware and a meeting with conjurers and Ḍiṇḍibhāṇḍās.
english translation
vAyavye phenakacAmarAurNika'ptiH sameti kAyasthaH । mRnmayalAbho anyasminvaitAlikaDiNDibhANDAnAm ॥ 87-12 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवायव्याच्च तृतीये मित्रेण समागमो धनप्राप्तिः । वस्त्राश्वऽप्तिरतः परं इष्टसुहृत्सम्प्रयोगश्च ॥ ८७-१३ ॥
If the omen be the cry of a creature in the 23rd benefic quarter, there will be a meeting with friends and the gain of wealth; and if in the 24 benefic quarter, there will be a gain of clothes and horse and a meeting with a close friend.
english translation
vAyavyAcca tRtIye mitreNa samAgamo dhanaprAptiH । vastrAzva'ptirataH paraM iSTasuhRtsamprayogazca ॥ 87-13 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदधितण्डुललाजानां लब्धिरुदग्दर्शनं च विप्रस्य । अर्थावाप्तिरनन्तरं उपगच्छति सार्थवाहश्च ॥ ८७-१४ ॥
If the omen be the cry of a creature in the 25th benefic quarter (north), there will be a gain of curdled milk, rice and fried gram and a meeting with Brāhmaṇas; and if in the 26th benefic quarter, there will be a gain of wealth and a meeting with the chief of a party of men.
english translation
dadhitaNDulalAjAnAM labdhirudagdarzanaM ca viprasya । arthAvAptiranantaraM upagacchati sArthavAhazca ॥ 87-14 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवेश्यावटुदाससमागमः परे शुक्ल पुष्पफललब्धिः । अत ऊर्ध्वं चित्रकरस्य दर्शनं चित्रवस्त्रऽप्तिः ॥ ८७-१५ ॥
If the omen be the cry of a creature in the 27th benefic quarter, there will be a meeting with a prostitute, a Brahmacārin and a servant and there will also be the gain of dried fruits and flowers; and if in the 28th benefic quarter, there will be a meeting with a painter and a gain of clothes.

vezyAvaTudAsasamAgamaH pare zukla puSpaphalalabdhiH । ata UrdhvaM citrakarasya darzanaM citravastra'ptiH ॥ 87-15 ॥
