अध्यर्धहस्तप्रमितो अस्य दण्डो हस्तो अथ वाअरत्निसमो अथ वाअन्यः । काष्ठात्शुभात्काञ्चनरूप्यगुप्ताद् रत्नैश् च सर्वैश् च हिताय राज्ञाम् ॥ ७२-०३ ॥
The length of the handle shall be either a cubit and a half or a cubit or four digits less than a cubit. It shall be made of wood and covered with gold or silver set with gems and precious stones. Such a Cāmara will conduce to the prosperity of the king.
