भुनक्ति हंसः खसशूरसेनान्गान्धारगङ्गायामुनाअन्तरालम् । शतं दशऊनं शरदां नृपत्वं कृत्वा वनान्ते समुपैति मृत्युम् ॥ ६९-२६ ॥
This person of the Haṃsa type rules over the Khasas, Śūrasenas, Gāndhāras and the countries lying between the Ganges and the Yamunā. He holds sway for 90 years and meets his end in a forest (penance-grove).

bhunakti haMsaH khasazUrasenAngAndhAragaGgAyAmunAantarAlam । zataM dazaUnaM zaradAM nRpatvaM kRtvA vanAnte samupaiti mRtyum ॥ 69-26 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसुभ्रूकेशो रक्तश्यामः कम्बुग्रीवो व्यादीर्घऽस्यः । शूरः क्रूरः श्रेष्ठो मन्त्री चौरस्वामी व्यायामी च ॥ ६९-२७ ॥
A person belonging to the Rucaka type (caused by Mars) has fine brows and hair, dark and red complexion, conch-like neck and an oblong face. He is heroic, cruel, a leader among men. a minister, leader of a gang of thieves and hard-working.

subhrUkezo raktazyAmaH kambugrIvo vyAdIrgha'syaH । zUraH krUraH zreSTho mantrI caurasvAmI vyAyAmI ca ॥ 69-27 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयन्मात्रं आस्यं रुचकस्य दीर्घं मध्यप्रदेशे चतुरस्रता सा । तनुच्छविः शोणितमांससारो हन्ता द्विषां साहससिद्धकार्यः ॥ ६९-२८ ॥
The girth of the waist of a men of this class is equal to the length of his face. His complexion is good (or his skin is thin). He has blood and flesh as the strongest elements in his constitution. He destroys his enemies and accomplishes his objects through his adventurous spirit.

yanmAtraM AsyaM rucakasya dIrghaM madhyapradeze caturasratA sA । tanucchaviH zoNitamAMsasAro hantA dviSAM sAhasasiddhakAryaH ॥ 69-28 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptखट्वाङ्गवीणावृषचापवज्र शक्तिइन्द्रशूलाङ्कितपाणिपादः । भक्तो गुरुब्राह्मणदेवतानां शताङ्गुलः स्यात् तु सहस्रमानः ॥ ६९-२९ ॥
His hands and feet are marked with the figures of a club, lute, bull, bow, diamond (or thunderbolt) spear, Indra (hall) and trident. He is devoted to elders, Brāhmaṇas and Gods. His height and extent are 100 digits and weight 1000 palas.

khaTvAGgavINAvRSacApavajra zaktiindrazUlAGkitapANipAdaH । bhakto gurubrAhmaNadevatAnAM zatAGgulaH syAt tu sahasramAnaH ॥ 69-29 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमन्त्राभिचारकुशलः कृशजानुजङ्घो विन्ध्यं ससह्यगिरिं उज्जयिनीं च भुक्त्वा । सम्प्राप्य सप्ततिसमा रुचको नरेन्द्रः शस्त्रेण मृत्युं उपयात्यथ वा अनलेन ॥ ६९-३० ॥
He is a proficient in spells and black magic; his knees and shanks are lean. He becomes a king and rules over the regions of the Vindhyas, the Sahya mountain and Ujjain. He dies at the age of 70 years by weapons or fire.

mantrAbhicArakuzalaH kRzajAnujaGgho vindhyaM sasahyagiriM ujjayinIM ca bhuktvA । samprApya saptatisamA rucako narendraH zastreNa mRtyuM upayAtyatha vA analena ॥ 69-30 ॥
