छिन्नानुरूपयाअगम्यगामिनो दीर्घया तु सौभाग्यम् । आकुञ्चितया चौरः स्त्रीमृत्युः स्याच्चिपिटनासः ॥ ६८-६१ ॥

If the nose appear as if cut, the person will cohabit with women under prohibition; if it be long, he will be wealthy; if bent, he will be a thief; and if flat, he will be killed by a woman.

english translation

chinnAnurUpayAagamyagAmino dIrghayA tu saubhAgyam । AkuJcitayA cauraH strImRtyuH syAccipiTanAsaH ॥ 68-61 ॥

धनिनो अग्रवक्रनासा दक्षिणविनताः प्रभक्षणाः क्रूराः । ऋज्वी स्वल्पच्छिद्रा सुपुटा नासा सभाग्यानाम् ॥ ६८-६२ ॥

If the end of the nose be bent, the person will be rich; if it be bent on the right side, he will be wicked and gluttonous; and if it be straight, with small holes and appear beautiful, the person will be wealthy.

dhanino agravakranAsA dakSiNavinatAH prabhakSaNAH krUrAH । RjvI svalpacchidrA supuTA nAsA sabhAgyAnAm ॥ 68-62 ॥

धनिनां क्षुतं सकृद्द्वित्रिपिण्डितं ह्लादि सानुनादं च । दीर्घऽयुषां प्रमुक्तं विज्ञेयं संहतं चएव ॥ ६८-६३ ॥

If the sneeze occur twice or thrice at a time and the sound be not disagreeable, the person will be rich; and if it be long and of the same sound throughout, he will live long.

dhaninAM kSutaM sakRddvitripiNDitaM hlAdi sAnunAdaM ca । dIrgha'yuSAM pramuktaM vijJeyaM saMhataM caeva ॥ 68-63 ॥

पद्मदलऽभैर्धनिनो रक्तान्तविलोचनाः श्रियः भाजः । मधुपिङ्गलैर्महार्था मार्जारविलोचनैः पापाः ॥ ६८-६४ ॥

If the eyes be like the petals of the lotus, the person will be rich; and if the corners be red, he will be wealthy and prosperous; if of the colour of honey, he will be exceedingly rich; and if they resemble the eyes of the cat. the person will be wicked.

padmadala'bhairdhanino raktAntavilocanAH zriyaH bhAjaH । madhupiGgalairmahArthA mArjAravilocanaiH pApAH ॥ 68-64 ॥

हरिणाक्षा मण्डललोचनाश्च जिह्मैश्च लोचनैश्चौराः । क्रूराः केकरनेत्रा गजसदृश विलोचनाश्चमूपतयः ॥ ६८-६५ ॥

If the eyes be like those of the deer or round or squint, the person will be a thief; if they see obliquely, he will be wicked; and if they be like the eyes of the elephant, the person will be a king.
