भित्त्वा मघा विशाखां भिन्दन्भौमः करोति दुर्भिक्षम् । मरकं करोति घोरं यदि भित्त्वा रोहिणीं याति ॥ ६-०९ ॥

If Mars should, after cutting through the constellation of Maghā, approach the middle of Viśākhā, there will be famine in the land; if he should cut through the constellation of Rohiṇī, there will be fearful deaths in the land.

english translation

bhittvA maghA vizAkhAM bhindanbhaumaH karoti durbhikSam । marakaM karoti ghoraM yadi bhittvA rohiNIM yAti ॥ 6-09 ॥
